Shipping Fee:

  • A flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies to all orders, no matter the destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 8โ€“14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10โ€“16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14โ€“21 business days

Please note that during high-volume periods or due to customs processing, delivery may take longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Important Notes:

  • Tracking updates may take 1โ€“3 business days to appear

  • A delay in tracking updates does not mean your order is lostโ€”itโ€™s on its way!

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the customer's responsibility

  • Keshxnsuโ„ข is not responsible for customs delays

  • Most small lifestyle and home products have minimal fees, but they vary by country

5. Changes or Cancellations

We prioritize fast processing. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at service@merovelleq.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order is in processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We want your experience to be great from start to finish.

Damaged Items:

  • If your package arrives damaged, send a photo within 72 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages:

  • If the carrier confirms your order is lost, we will ship a replacement free of charge.
