Note: Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For EU orders, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
    This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
